Detail Lab AWC is a professional-strength acidic wheel cleaner that reacts with embedded iron particles and brake dust, turning them purple on contact. It dissolves heavy fallout without scrubbing, then rinses clean — restoring the original finish on alloy, chrome and painted wheels.

What's the difference between AWC and the Neutral Wheel Cleaner (NWC)?
+AWC is an acidic, pro-strength formula for heavy brake-dust build-up. NWC is pH-neutral and gentler, made for delicate, anodized or custom-painted finishes used in regular maintenance.
Is AWC safe on all wheels?
+It is designed for alloy, chrome and painted wheels. Because it is acidic, always test on an inconspicuous spot first and avoid leaving it to dry. It is not recommended for raw, polished or delicate custom finishes — use NWC for those.
Why does it turn purple?
+The colour change is the active ingredient reacting with bonded iron particles and dissolving them. It is the product working, not a stain.
Can I dilute it?
+Yes. Dilute roughly 1:5 with water for routine maintenance, or use it neat on heavily contaminated wheels.
