Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Where We Ship From

All orders are fulfilled from our facility in Shanghai, China.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Detail Lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update after your shipment confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@detaillab.com
