Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unopened
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date

Non-returnable items:

  • Chemical/liquid products — all chemical products are final sale for safety reasons
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Opened consumables (foam mesh screens, applicator pads)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@detaillab.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Detail Lab covers return shipping
  • Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different product. Exchange shipping is on us for defective items. For preference-based exchanges, standard shipping rates apply. Email support@detaillab.com to request an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
