How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping from Shanghai to the US typically takes 7–15 business days. Express options (5–8 business days) are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

As of 2025, all shipments from China to the US are subject to customs duties regardless of order value. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Chemical/liquid products are final sale. See our full Return Policy for details.

Can I use the SpinFoam Cannon with any pressure washer?

The SpinFoam uses a standard 1/4" quick-connect fitting, compatible with most consumer and prosumer pressure washers. If your washer uses a different fitting, a simple adapter from any hardware store will solve it.

My foam isn't thick enough — what should I do?

Turn the foam density dial clockwise for more air intake. Also check that your shampoo is a high-foam formula. If the issue persists, check that the foam mesh screen isn't clogged.
